By creating an account or using Trade Accelerate (the “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. These terms form a binding agreement between you and Newton & Sinclair Ltd, operator of Trade Accelerate.
Trade Accelerate provides UK-based trade businesses with tools to run targeted direct mail campaigns, capture and manage leads, publish a trade microsite, and automate review requests. The Service includes credit-based letter dispatch via Stannp, a pipeline management interface, and optional integration with Google Business Profile.
We do not guarantee any particular volume of leads, job conversions, or business outcomes from use of the Service.
By using the Service, you agree to:
Letter campaigns are charged on a credit basis. Credits are purchased in advance via Stripe. Credits are non-refundable once consumed by a successfully dispatched letter. If a letter fails to dispatch due to a platform error, credits are refunded automatically.
Prices are stated in GBP and are inclusive of VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to change credit pricing with 30 days' notice.
All software, design, and content comprising the Trade Accelerate platform is owned by Newton & Sinclair Ltd or its licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Service for its intended purpose. Content you upload (logos, copy, images) remains your property; you grant us a licence to reproduce it as necessary to operate the Service.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Newton & Sinclair Ltd's total liability to you in connection with the Service is limited to the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for any indirect, consequential, or loss-of-profit damages.
We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.
